I was impressed by two things from this bakery: 1. Its the only breakfast place in downtown San Luis Opispo that opens *before* 7 AM. (Specifically, at 6:30). That was a relief. 2. They had some unique pastries, such as mini cinnamon buns, which is what I ordered. Plus they had breakfast sandwiches available in bagel or croissant. I got the ham, cheese, and egg croissant. Parking is scarce, and there aren't any comfy seats. Just wooden chairs. But, the food choices and the service make this place worth a stop if you need to wake up early for your drive back down south!
If you're staying in SLO and looking for a good, local coffee house, this is the spot. It's conveniently located in the heart of Downtown SLO. Plenty of street parking. They have a decent sized seating area inside and also some outside chairs and tables. I love their lattes and they have a lot of flavors. My fiance really enjoyed his cold brew. They also are a bakery and have a lot of great breakfast options. We had the breakfast panini and it was really good. Overall, I would definitely visit again!
Excellent place to get a cup of coffee. The energy is friendly and helpful, polite and professional. The coffee tastes great, wakes you up without the drowsy aftermath, all around great coffee and experience here so far. Definitely be back, I heard the lavender latte is good.
A nice local coffee shop! There was plenty of seating inside and outside, which was great for us to be able to enjoy the weather. We ordered vanilla lattes with oat milk. It was a little too dark for our palate and $16 for both drinks felt a bit steep but delicious nonetheless. We also ordered a blueberry lemon poppyseed muffin, which was really good! The baristas were nice and cheerful.
My favorite coffee shop in SLO! Really good pastries, I love the blackberry croissant, it tastes like a warm pie. They have orange dark chocolate mochas that are really good too.
